When you make a booking or contact request we process: first and last name, email address, phone number, pickup address and destination, ride date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight number where provided, and any notes you submit.

We also collect limited technical data when you visit our website, such as your IP address and usage statistics, to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the site.

We use your data to process and carry out your booking, to communicate with you about your ride, and to comply with legal (e.g. tax) obligations.

Processing is based on the performance of the contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in providing and improving our services.

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the driver carrying out your ride and with service providers that support us (such as our email or form service), strictly to the extent necessary and under appropriate processing agreements.

We use an external form service to send booking and contact requests. Data may also be shared where we are legally required to do so.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Booking and contact data is retained as long as needed for performance and handling, and thereafter in line with statutory (tax) retention periods, which may be up to seven years.

Our website uses only functional and, where applicable, analytical cookies necessary for the operation and improvement of the site. We do not place advertising cookies.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.

You can submit a request via info@amsterdamtaxibus.nl. We respond within the statutory period. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful use. Data transmission via our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
